MICROBOARD Rates as of 28 October 2026 Post a brief

The desk takes 15% · creators keep their full rate · 28 October 2026

You approve the names and the quote before anything is booked.

Nothing on this page is unusual in the trade. It is written down because most of the trade does not write it down.

  1. Tell us what you sell

A product, a price, and who buys it. Not a brief document — a paragraph is enough. If you already have a brief, send that instead.

  2. We shortlist from the board

Usually five to eight creators whose audience is actually your customer, with their rates and their next open week. You will see why each one is on the list.

  3. You approve the names and the quote

Nothing is booked until you do. The quote shows each creator's fee, our fifteen per cent, and the total.

  4. They make it, you see it first

Draft to you before anything is published. One round of notes is included; a second is at their hourly rate.

  5. It goes live, and you get the files

Links, screenshots, the raw footage where your usage rights cover it, and the view and click figures at seven and thirty days.

Money, rights and the parts people argue about later

What it costs you

The creator's fee plus fifteen per cent. No retainer, no platform subscription, no minimum spend.

When creators are paid

Half on booking, half within seven days of publication. We pay them whether or not your campaign performed.

Who owns the material

They do, and they licence it to you for the period on the quote. Buying it outright is possible and is priced per piece.

Disclosure is not optional

Every paid placement is labelled. A creator who buries the disclosure comes off the board.

What we will not do

We do not buy followers, we do not script a verdict, and we do not ask a creator to claim something the product does not do.

Cancelling

Free until the creator has started work. After that their deposit is theirs.

Disclosure, and why we are strict about it

A paid post has to say it is paid, in a way the viewer actually sees — at the top of the caption or on screen, not fifteen hashtags down. In the United States that is the Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guides; in Canada it is the Competition Bureau's position on influencer marketing. Both put the obligation on the advertiser as well as the creator, which means it is your exposure, not only theirs.

So every placement booked here carries the label, every brief we send a creator says so, and a creator who buries it comes off the board. It also costs you nothing: audiences on this part of the market already assume a brand sent the product, and the ones who trust the creator trust them more for saying so.

We are a brokerage, not your lawyer. If a claim about your product needs substantiation — health, safety, earnings, environmental — send us the wording you have cleared and we will not go beyond it.

Talk to someone before you spend anything

Tell us what you sell and what you have to spend, and we will say on the call whether this part of the market is any use to you. If it is not, we will say that too.
