What it costs to advertise with food creators

A recipe that gets cooked is worth more than a recipe that gets watched, and it is the cheapest category on this board to test in.

$260–$740 a postbefore our 15% Recipe reels, cafe visits, grocery hauls.

Tell us what you need How these numbers are built

Who is watching

Mostly 25 to 45, mostly cooking on a weeknight rather than for an occasion. They scroll for something to make tonight, which is why a product that saves a step outsells a product that tastes better.

Which formats work here

FormatWhat it is good for in this niche
One short videoThe default here. A dish start to finish in under ninety seconds, with your product used the way a customer would use it.
A story setFor a dated offer or a store visit. Gone in a day, so never use it for a launch you want found later.
Footage onlyWorth it for packaged goods: you get clean kitchen footage you can run as your own ad for a year.

What sells well

Pantry staples, sauces, flour and chocolate, countertop appliances, bakeware, grocery chains, meal kits.

What is hard to place

Anything that needs a claim about health or nutrition. Those need cleared wording, and a creator will not improvise it.

How to brief it

Send the product and a recipe that is actually good. The quickest way to waste this category is to send a brief instead of an ingredient.

When to book

November and December book out by late October, because every grocery and bakeware brand wants the same four weeks.

Prices on this page are what this market pays, 28 October 2026, before our 15%. They are an estimate of the going rate, not a quote: every creator sets their own number.

These are independent creators. We do not represent them and they have not agreed to anything. They are here because they take brand work and because their following was counted on their own profile on 28 October 2026. Write to them yourself, or tell us what you need and we will do it for you.
